I've had to zoom in as they were difficult to picture. O.k so they're still a bit on the small side compared to the front but they arnt wonky and Im not to embarrased to show them.
Thanks for all your advice, thanks also to everyone who has wished me well since my rotator cuff injury,it meant a lot to me. Its been two weeks and I am feeling loads better, I havnt recovered fully, but enough to handle my two young children and sew, so I'm happy :-)

ReplyDeleteHurray! Looking sweet x
ReplyDeleteLovely work - well done.
ReplyDeleteThats really neat stitching, well done xx
ReplyDeleteHello, found you via Brit quilt! Your stitches are looking rather impressive, well done!
ReplyDeleteI popped round from BritQuilt too! your stitches look great ...
ReplyDeleteI am completely contrary and instead of 'between' needle, I use a Sashiko needle which is extra long for handquilting ... I find that I can get good even stitching (a bit bigger than yours though) front and back without having to do all that tricky stuff
... you can still rock the stitches onto the needle but you have a longer rhythm, which I prefer ...
In the end, whatever works for you is the 'right' way! Lovely blog ... I'm following now, so can't wait to see more ...
